GENERAL
When we receive your booking we will send you full details of the product you have chosen. If you have booked online, by phone or by post and included your email address, we will contact you by email, If we do not have an email contact for you, we will send details by post to your home address. Prices quoted are per person and details of price inclusion are stated in details with the product information. All activities are reliant on certain numbers attending and SPINNOFF reserve the right to postpone or cancel scheduled events within reason. In the event of a cancellation by SPINNOFF, an alternative date or full refund will be given.
BIKES
It is your responsibility to ensure that your own bike is in safe, working order before you attend any SPINNOFF activity. If in doubt, visit one of our retail partners or a specialist mountain bike retailer and have the bike serviced after telling the mechanic which activity you have booked onto. If your bike is deemed not suitable for the activity, contact us to arrange hiring an appropriate bike. SPINNOFF reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity where your own bike is not up to standard. No refund will be offered in this instance.
CLOTHING AND KIT
A full list of clothing and kit required for each activity will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please also see our kit list page for an overview.
MEDICAL DETAILS
You will receive a medical details form with your booking confirmation. This must be completed and given to your guide at the start of your activity.
RIDING ABILITY AND FITNESS
